Hi,

HL Assurance's Early Protect360 CI plan is a CI plan with no cash value. It only covers 7 CI conditions and only 30% of the sum assured is paid out when diagnosed with early stage CI.

Not sure how cheap the premium is, but I believe you can find better ECI term plan out in the market. Great Eastern Life's term plan with ECI coverage covers 53 CI conditions, ECI payout is capped at $350k. It also covers for death and TPD.
