I have a msia simcard which is v cheap, but i think roaming is ok too not pricet though

Singtel data plan $5 only to go Malaysia (1 GB can use 30 days) - no need to change/switch SIM card/do any settings change. Hence, no need to rely on WIFI.

The wifi there is really poor.. unless ur using the shop wifi then is good, eg at spa massage salon,...
