What credit cards is recommended to pay insurance premiums?

Since 2 years ago, I have been using UOB delight card to pay my prudential insurance premiums on a monthly basis to earn SMART$ (a form of rebate). However, this card will be discontinued and rebate will not be earned from mid July 2020 onwards.

Is there any other cards which I can use to earn some rebates/ cashback?

You might need to check out the terms and conditions since not every credit card company does offer cashback for insurance premiums.
