What can I do with the cash rebate which I earn for the Citibank SMRT credit card?

Can it be transferred to another bank account or is it only used to partially offset the monthly payment?

Whoa. this is a very old card. surprise they are still promoting it.

accumulate rebates to offset cc bills or exchange for vouchers.
