What brokerage would you recommend if I would like to do a monthly DCA into S&P 500?

From my research on Seedly thus far, it seems like Interactive Brokers, TD Ameritrade & Tiger Brokers are the most popular options but I would like to get more opinions. Any advice is welcome :)

For Irish domiciled etf which is encouraged, ibkr or Trading212.

FSMone. They offer monthly DCA into US ETF for as low as 1USD monthly. The currency conversion rate is extremely good too.

The cons of FSMone is they charge dividend handling fee. Every time S&P500 pays dividend, FSMone will collect dividend handling fee. US government will collect dividend withhold tax.
