What brokerage account should I use if I want to invest in CSPX?

I'm planning to employ a DCA method where i'll invest approx $250USD/monthly over a long period of time (probably 10 years or so) Or I could invest a larger sum by doing it half a year/yearly if it helps to save in platform costs. Can anyone recommend what brokerage account i could use that's lowest in fees? TIA!

Standard Chartered or Interactive Brokers.

SCB: 0.25% commission, 10 USD minimum, approximately 0.4% spread on USD.SGD

IBKR: 0.05% commission, 5 USD minimum, 0.002% forex commission (minimum 2 USD), minimum 10 USD commission per month
