What books or resources that people found useful in learning "Options Trading" and managed to translate it into real life achievable / realistic gains?

I been for a few "free" investment talks and they all seem to mention using option trading to get premium and generate good cashflow for more investment. But what is the method ? How ? Is there any good books / resources to learn from please?

J Yeoh,

I think options can be dangerous if the downside is not protect properly/ taught properly.

I know of some older folks who were forced to close their their brokerage account and started owing their brokers money because they were not taught to cover their downside.

End of the day, after trying so many things, I think the best thing that worked for me is to sell put options on HIGH QUALITY companies.

A lot of people miss that out and only chase premiums, without realising they are selling options on lousy companies. Think of it as an insurance company selling insurance to sick people rather than healthy people.

Picked up options through this Youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQAvjhqp559qSQ... and attending a course called Options Mastery Programme.
