What blue chips stocks are worth investing?

Here are some US blue-chip dividend stocks along with their dividend yields which I personally think are great!

• Apple (APPL) - 0.5%
• Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) - 2.5%
• Nike (NKE) - 0.93%
• Coca-Cola (KO) - 2.8%

These are all large-cap companies that are leading their industries with a historic track record of paying out steady increasing dividends. Do check them out and DYOR.

Just my opinon. Some of my favourite sg stock.

• in term of capital appreciation OCBC may not be the best out of the 3 banks. But in term of dividend i think is the best, because you want the stock price to grow slowly so to accumulate more shares.
• May also look at parkway life reits, holding some of sg hospital, i think it can keep rising the rent, the hospital just charge the bill to the patient. Dpu also growing.
• Fraser centrepoint trust all the sub-urban mall in sg always crowded, the dpu had return to its pre-covid, but the price still low, maybe an apportunity?

bank & reits are both interest rate. So in some way they hedge each other?
