What are your views on REITS ETF?

A couple of people have suggested that REIT ETFs are too expensive considering the alternative - you could put it together and have it cheaper than under the ETF itself.

I usually don't advocate DIY, but you could literally put it together cheaper (Depending on your capital). You could completely copy the ETF structure which is right there - it's completely transparent.

Don't get into a reit etf. You pay more in terms of ongoing management fees and the yield is lower. As Luke mentioned you can just DIY
