What are your thoughts on these blue chips for dividends? All have paid uninterrupted and increasing dividends for 25 years or more. But since there will be withholding tax, are they ever worth it?

If after 30% tax. The dividend is still at least 4%+ can consider. So far didnt find any. Those high yielding stock all going down trend.
