Lately, I’ve been seeing a lot of Imran/Dominic, Iquadrant and Investwithvic ads on my youtube. The ads have been extremely annoying though. Wondering if you guys been seeing it a lot too. Did some research on those three and the reviews were quite bad. If you’ve joined any of those mentioned, what’s your experience like? Would you recommend it to others? Or are they just out scamming people who have limited knowledge on Investments/Finances and capitalising on it?

Lol I get the I quadrant one quite often when I listen to Ted Ed or finance talks on YouTube.
After a while, it feels quite irritating. To be honest, most of them evoke and try to feed on emotions of fear / jealousy or envy, mostly fear. The words employed tend to (in my opinion) half-truths, or rather, they leave something out to make the situation sound worse than it is, so they can sell their workshop to you.
Actually there's one guy who frequently appears for the ads I see... Think name start with A... Mostly on how to sell on Amazon, 1 million sales etc
Anyway I don't believe in any of them. How they make money is via the course fees, not sure how to see if the profits are real (I think nothing of revenue... If revenue is 1 million, but your cost is 1 million or more, then there is no profit).
Things that sound too good to be true are usually not real. The sad part I feel is who they end up tricking tend to be those already in not very good financial status.

I get all of them super often for quite some time already. They will try to make it seem easy to make a huge amount of money through online shop/ Real estate/ book writing/ etc. But if it’s too good to be true, it probably is
Recently, I read a straits times article about this. Here is a paragraph which i like a lot “Ask yourself this question - if such people know the secrets of becoming rich, shouldn't they just retire and enjoy their wealth in some paradise-like resort?”
