What are your thoughts on Frasers Hospitality Trust (FHT)?

There will always be strengths and weaknesses for a REIT. In my view:

Strengths:

1) Long WALE

2) Well Spread Lease Expiry

3) Long Weighted Average Land Lease Expiry

4) Low Cost of Debt

5) Long WADE

6) Geographical Diversified

Weaknesses:

1) Low Interest Cover Ratio

2) Less diversified in terms of properties and tenants​​​

I have faith in frasers managed properties. Very please with their past performance. 😆
