A huge step forward to embracing and supporting the usage of crypto! If consumers see businesses embracing it? It would raise their confidence in crypto and perhaps we would see peer-to-peer transfer done with crypto in future too?

Jumping on a bandwagon to attract the get-rich-quick-scheme youngsters by promoting fly-by-night ponzi schemes. It's extremely risky until there is a globally-coordinated regulation of a particular crypto "currency".

At this point in time, seeing businesses move towards accepting crypto as a mode of payment would largely serve the purpose of 'creating awareness' and 'talking points' among consumers and opening their minds to the idea of crypto payment, more so than the intent of having crypto serve as a medium for transaction.
Nonetheless, very encouraging to hear of this for a 'crypto friendly' country like SG 👍🏻

But for retailers it means to be able to bypass all the banks and credit card middleman fees which really adds up. Adoption because it is just better. Just need more ppl to be open to it.
