What are your thoughts about the potential of Piermont Grand at Punggol?

While the location isn't spectacular right now (my personal opinion), Piermont Grand will benefit from the emerging Punggol Digital District. To me this would be the main appeal, as the ongoign development of PDD is likely to pull up prices and provide a solid base of prospective tenants.

It's also nice that it has four primary schools within 1km.
