What are your opinions on REITs that manage Data Centres?
REITs such as Keppel DC REIT and Mapletree Industrial Trust manages Data Centres. Personally, I feel that demand for data has been in step with burgeoning consumer demand for technology and multimedia products and services.
Is it safe to say that the future for Data Centres, especially in Singapore is bright?

At least they were super-successful, about the future: who could tell?
(my private feeling: still successful, but maybe better to search for a large passive cheap technology ETF that also holds some of the big ones)
