The best one out there in my opinion would br parkwaylife reits. Parkway consist of 4 big private hospitals in SG. Gleneagles, Mount elizabeth novena, Mount elizabeth orchard and parkway east. If you read the presentation slides, they are expending very quickly in china and other countries. Their financials are good and DPU keeps increasing till today.

Hello Gabriel! American Tower, listed in the US, is a fascinating REIT to me. Its distribution yield is low (1.8%), but it has been growing its distribution on a per unit basis at double-digit rates for a long time.

American Tower owns communication sites around the world (though mostly focused in the US and India). It rents out the sites to wireless service providers, radio and television broadcasters, wireless data providers and more. It is a business that is essentially riding on the potential explosion in mobile and internet data usage/generation.

Mapletree Commercial Trust. The only REIT I still have in my portfolio. I used to be fully into REITs, but out of everything, MCT still holds a strong position for me. Vivocity is their crown jewel, and with PSA moving out making way for new HDBs, it will just create even more growth in that area.

Side note: Vivocity is the only place I love to go even when it is super crowded. And do you know their parking is $1.20/hour (same as HDB), for a mall that big!? Even I am amazed! Only attracts more traffic!!

The favourtie REIT in my watchlist is Mapletree Commercial trust. They have always been able to add footfall into their exisiting properties by mixing up the tenancy mix. And they do not rely on having more tenants that are tution and enrichment centre for income. To me, it is a sign of a very good REIT manager
