What are your current/recommended redemption options for HPB Healthpoints?

Hey everyone especially those on the Healthy 365 app, was wondering how do you choose or weigh between the various redemption options for your HPB Healthpoints (HP)? Options include:

Vouchers for the various merchants listed here ( https://www.healthhub.sg/rewards?)
750 HP: $5 vouchers
TransitLink points
1 HP: $1 for transport
TapForMore (TFM) point
1 HP: 1 TFM

Being in the miles game, I was considering TFM to convert into KrisFlyer mile (2.3 TFM: 1 mile). Happy to hear your thoughts!

I happen to have an old Ezlink card that expires in March, so I converted my points into TransitLink points to top up the Ezlink card, then I went to a Transitlink kiosk to cancel the card and opt for a refund of the stored value in cash.

So I suppose this is an unorthodox way to redeem the Healthpoints into cash.

I redeem HPB vouchers. HPB vouchers can be used at many merchants like Giant, mrbean, etc.
