Digital Marketing at Fintech

The following is a response from the organisers of REITs Symposium 2020:

SGX lists 7 broad sub-sectors of SREITs (Industrial, Hospitality, Diversified, Retail, Office, Healthcare, Specialised).

Each of the 7 sub-sectors provide exposure and diversification into different property assets, which have varying underlying drivers.

E.g. Office/Retail assets are related to broad economic movements while hospitality REITs moves with tourism flows.
