Hello!

Some risks of investing in REITs is that they are adversely affected by weakeness in real estate prices. Also, REITs usually produce negative returns when interest rates are elevated or rising. Generally, the risks of REITs usually involves interest rates moving which affect the value of RETIs. Hope this helps!
