What are the pros and cons of choosing a job at a MNC and Government?

I'm a first jobber needing career advice. Some ppl tell me that MNCs pay more. On the other hand, I am also told that the government pays well. I used to work at a bank (on contract) and was paid less than what many government agencies pay.

Both has its pros and cons.

Instead of evaluating the type of sector that you will be working in, take some time to understand yourself and the type of work envrionment that will make you happy overall.

Here are some questions to help you:

Will earning the most amount of money make you happy?
Will you be happy without personal growth?
Will you be happy without supportive co-workers and bosses?

Everyone's goals are different. If you can find an intersection amongst the three questions, you will find instrinsic satisfaction and you will never work a day in your life again.
