What are the perks of the Passion NSF Concession Card?

I'm currently preparing my pre-enlistment document and am asked if I want to opt for the Passion NSF concession card with a complimentary membership. What does this card come with? E.g. benefits, perks, conditions, charges, etc.

There's some cards available:

Personally, I dont really go out that often so these cards may not be that useful for me.
