Sounds cliche but similar to growing wealth, fitness is about the long term journey too haha. The main goal is to increase your daily activity level during this CB period. Pick some workout that you enjoy and can stay committed to! Theres no great benefit if you commit to something intense for 2 weeks but stop after that.
That being said you can go for walks/runs or have a zoom session with your friends to make things fun! I think a popular one right now is the chloe ting ab workout.

Hello, I think regardless of workout programs, the key to losing weight is consistency in exercising regularly. And a balanced nutritious diet plays a part too.
Many years back, I managed to lose 8kg in a span of a year - I did morning jogs thrice a week without fail, for a few months and reduced my rice intake by half.
Recently, I've been exercising to Body Project workout videos on Youtube. Its easy to follow, and some videos do not require any fitness equipment.
In short, being dedicated, consistent and patient will help you in losing weight. All the best!

Hey there! I think if your goal is to lose weight, you should focus on two things which is exercising and also your diet.
For exercises, you may use workout apps or just any routines you find on Youtube. If you are someone who has not exercised for long and you commit to a regime for 1 month consistently, you would definitely see results haha! Just make sure that you are also maintaing a healthy diet, which means you eat healthily and cut off all snacking to a minimum.
For a start, you can try light exercises and trying to eat regular meals at a consistent timing every day. I say this because some people tend to snack at night or eat lunch/dinner really late and this is actually really bad for the body! Hence, try to have a good eating habit first before going into dieting :)

As most of the answers have pointed out, consistency is key. Choose something you can do for the long term.
The FIRST thing you should do is focus on cutting your Calories as a whole. There are somethings you got to take into consideration like your age and amount of physical activity on a day to day basis. There are various calculators online that can help you calculate the amount of calories you should consume to maintain/lose weight, whatever your objective may be.
There are many diets out there you can try and at the end of the day choose something consistent. Personally Iāve been doing intermittent fasting (eating only from 12pm-8pm) and I have lost about 3kg with minimal exercise. I work a mostly sedentary job. Why didnāt I try other diets? (E.g cut carbs) because I knew I couldnāt sustain it, and the truth is if you canāt sustain the diet, the rebound is going to be worse. This is a scientific fact that has been proven. This is because when you take in lesser calories, your body naturally lowers its metabolism rate and when you go back to the normal diet, your body doesnāt shift its metabolism rate immediately thus, causing a huge weight gain when you stop your diet.
As for workouts, Iāve been doing HIIT as well! Lots of videos on YouTube. Remember to get your heart rate up to burn calories (there are online calculators to calculate your optimal heart rate for exercise to burn calories). My optimal heart rate is above 140 beats per minute so I try my best to hit that level in all my workouts. Also remember to change it up occasionally as your body does get use to exercises that are done repeatedly and will lower their effectiveness overtime.
In conclusion, do it for the long term and donāt worry about not doing enough exercise (moderate will do) because at the end of the day, the key is calories out > calories in.
