I've always been a cashback fan but recently, I've started learning that miles might be even better! So seeking the help of those of you miles fanatics here, what are the best miles credit cards would you recommend?

Hi Anon,
The miles game has a lot more dimensions than cashback, which IMO makes it a lot more satisfying to tackle!
Right now, the best miles cards are:
HSBC Revolution: 4mpd on contactless payments + online spending, free Entertainer app, 0 annual fees, $300 sign up reward
UOB PPV: 4mpd on mobile contactless payments (more categories than HSBC Revolution) + online spending

For online spending, the Citi Rewards MasterCard is my go to card which I recommend. It provides you with 4 miles per dollar, which is the same as an 8% discount (valuing 1 mile at 2 cents) in majority of the online stores. You can shop on Shopee, subscribe to Netflix or Spotify, pay for Telco bills and earn the rewards.
These miles have a validity of five years, so you will have sufficient time to redeem them. In just a year, I have already managed to get enough miles through my credit cards to redeem a business class round trip to Japan!
To add to the 4 miles per dollar, you can obtain 30,000 Citi ThankYou points (equivalent to $240) when you sign up using this link and spend $3000 in the first 3 months!
For additional discounts, I also have an AMEX Krisflyer Blue card. This credit card is perfect for those that want to get the best deal when it comes to discounts way higher than a normal cashback/miles card. In less than 1 year, I managed to snag deals like 50% off dining at Pan Pacific, 13.3% Cashback on Contactless Payment, 25% off Sheng Shiong.
With the Amex Krisflyer Blue, you will also obtain up to 13,300 KrisFlyer miles (worth $266) and $200 statement credit if you sign up using this link and spend more than $3000 in the first three months.
Hope this helps!
