I agree with Jim. A condo function room will be good! And it's also free :) if you have a friend.

Alternatively, East Coast Park can book the bbq pits if you prefer the outdoor types haha.

You could request to use their BBQ Pits which will probably be FREE or possibly $10.70 for a 4 hour session.
