What are some of the things that I could invest in as a start which have 100% guaranteed returns and has the lowest level of risks? (Please do state the liquidity rate for withdrawal as well!)

(I'm just merely starting out my investing journey only, so my risk appetite is extremely, extremely small. I dare not play big for now)

For 100% guaranteed return, better to stick with SSB, T-bills or just fixed deposit for now.

All have risks but only how safe u want. Fixed deposit in bank can become 0 if bank close down.

But for low risk and not mentioned by others yet, consider CPF SA. Nobody can even scam you till at least 55 year old as well.

Mind listing out in a vertical manner(from least to most) on the level of risks for each financial instrument, & also provide their respective percentage of returns + liquidity rate if possible?
