I cannot answer but would suggest very longterm investing, rather than trying to time the market, since nobody can know the (immediate particularly) future

Hi anon,
Undervalued is relative. What may seem undervalued to you may still seem over priced to others.
Hence I will suggest that you have your own idea of what price you'd like to buy a stock at; any higher than that figure, the stock is over valued to you and you shouldn't enter. Any lower, and you can consider starting a position.
As an example; I still feel DBS is priced at a premium despite the recent decline last week. But for others, they may feel that $24++ is good enough for them.
It's a very general question, so I don't really think I can give you too specific advice, but I will quote this "Buy at prices you won't sell at, sell at prices you won't buy at" and I hope this will give you some idea.
