Definitely tuition would be at the top of the list. As an undergrad, I was earning 200 per student,per month, teaching 2 hours a week, and there were 3 students in my class.
Therefore I was earning roughly $75/hour.

However, word spreads around fast, so you really need to know what you are teaching, and you really must have the motivation to teach and allow the student to do well. If you lose your reputation, it will be extremely hard for you to find new students.

That being said, not everyone is cut out for teaching. Singaporean students (and parents) can be a real nightmare. At the same time, don't ruin a child's education just so you can earn more money too.
