What are some hacks you use to reach credit card minimum monthly spending?

I agree with Shaun that the more sustainable method is to change to a card with lower/no minimum spending so that you don't have to push your budget over the edge every month.

But if you're usually able to hit the minimum spending and are referring to the few months where you may be just shy of some spending, you can consider buying vouchers online to use for future purchases or exchanging them for cash with family members.

If you are not able to reach the minimum spending per month, my advice is please look for another card that suits your usage better.

All the extra amount spent can be saved and used for other purposes i.e. SAVINGS, INVESTING!
