The quality of a retirement plan is not defined simply by its projected returns/ yield. You need to look at other factors and features of the plan.
Things to consider include fees, lock-up/liquidity, ease of fund-switching, available funds, accessibility of offered funds (i.e., can you buy the fund yourself outside of the plan? If so, why bother going through the middle-man?), and many more.
Consider speaking to a professional to ask their advice on this, but maybe do it on the pretext that you are not going to buy anything from them so that it removes any potential conflict of interest from the equation.
