What are some differences between Mapletree industrial and mapletree logistics?

To put it simply:

• Logisitics = Warehouses, storage buildings

• Industrial = Data centres, flatted factories, business parks, light industrial buildings etc.

Note also that MIT only hold SG and US properties whereas MLT holds properties mainly in Asia (China, HK, India etc.) + Australia.

There are certainly more differences but these are two key ones.​​​
