1) A good listener who listens well to understand your needs. Not just listen to give you what they THINK you need, but truly understand your needs, situation, plans etcs.
2) To add on to good listening, he/she must be able to ask good questions to draw out from you what's really in your heart and on your mind. Not everyone knows their needs or have the best plan. It's important for he/she to be able to ask good questions to help client understand their own needs.
3) Clear, detailed & impartial. That has to do with their integrity & knowledge of the products. An honest one who has your best interest at heart.
