What are my rights if somebody wrongly transferred some money to me? Will I get charged if I do not return the money?
If I need to take action to return the money, why am I being responsible for somebody else’s mistake?

It is against the law but the irony is no one can force you to return the money. A civil lawsuit can develop though and no judgement here but we never know what's the money for and I wouldn't be able to live with it knowing if someone could have died from not having these money.. you know.
