What are my options for my 4room HDB flat? Would appreciate any advice, can anyone share please?

Currently i owned a 4 rm hdb flat and I will be able to sell my flat in year 2022 - 5th year. Can I apply a 2 rm bto flat? Can I downgrade? I am single.

If you are a Singapore Citizen and is above age 35, then you may be eligible to submit an application under Single Singapore Citizen Scheme. For BTO,you can only buy 2-room Flexi units at non-mature estates. For resale HDB, there is no restriction on the area.
