Good is also subjective - for own stay or for investment? For example, The Landmark may be good for those looking to invest and do not care about the surrounding environment, but those looking to stay would find the CTE too noisy, or the surrounding area to be not as desirable as they’d like.

As such, this question is quite hard to answer without first knowing your objectives I’m afraid.

But if we had to pick, we’d go for Clavon for its entry price. Ki Residences as well!
