What are chances Chinese ETFs will deliver min 8% annualised returns over next 2 decades?

What do you think the chances are that china will deliver 8-15% annualised returns over next 2 decades? I read that US's stock market has already reflected its size and future growth. But for China, there is more room for growth available.
