Most Bank brokerages are quite updated and user friendly, as banks have been spending to make their User Xperience better.
I personally use DBS Vickers for their cash upfront settlement (10/trade) as compared to the 25/trade standard trade fees. Online Brokerages like IB are a bit cheaper but as I use DBS Mulitplier Savings acc , its linked and easy to track.
Personally I recommend you to download Investing Note, the "facebook of investing" to trade ideas and also learn more about the market. Its free to download and you can track your portfolio there.

I am currently using DBS Vickers, because they have the option of cash upfront settlements that only charges about S$10 per trade. I also use FSMOne when I buy stocks from the HK market, due to their low trading fees too!
