What advice do you have for low risk, mid-term, 5 years stock, bond or fund and with expect 6-10% annual return?

Depending on your definition of "low-risk", there is, unfortunately, no low-risk option that would guarantee you a 6-10% annual return. The best that I know would be your CPF SA, which gives you a guaranteed interest of 4%.

Expect higher risk if you're looking for higher returns. Anyone that tells you otherwise is lying to you.

Not that I know of.
