We often hear guides/suggestions on property FOR family (BTO etc), how about people who are going single for life (at least they think they are)? What are the choices available?

Single applicants aged 35 or above can buy an HDB resale flat under any of these schemes: Joint Singles Scheme; Orphans Scheme.
Singles can buy any private properties as long as they have the financial means. There is no restrictions for private properties.

Single before 35 or after 35 years old.

Single who can buy private property or can only buy HDB.
