Besides financial considerations, the most important aspect is to have family and social connections, where retirees can connect with family & friends regularly. Will you be able to replace that in a foreign country?

Personally would want to retire in Singapore due to safety and the fact the infrastructure is the best amongst SEA + Singapore citizen

The most important to retire is to have a stable and continuous income during younger days. Then can say can retire comfortably in Singapore or other countries.
