VUAG vs CSPX?

Hi, I am planning to buy long term US ETF for growth, and intend to reinvest the dividends. Upon consideration Irish-domiciled ETF seems better due to estate tax.

I found both VUAG and CSPX are Irish-domiciled ETF, and reinvest dividend back. Anyone has comment on which one to pick? Or has better option to consider?
