Singlife interest rates falling from 1.5% to 1.0% for the first 10k... A year ago, their rates were 2.5% and this is the fourth interest rate cut. Do you still think the account is worth the wait?

I think it's still worth the wait and have singlife A/c at better interest than bank A/C
It's gonna match what the whole market interest rate offers due to lending rates is low too. So the best way forward is:
Keep the $ in your Singlife A/C , use the singlife visa debit card (no fee to top up grabpay wallet $500 monthly) , and paynow back to your own bank a/c and transfer back to your singlife a/c to earn the extra 0.5% interest.
Only keep 6 to 12 months of emergency cash in Singlife A/C or bank depends on your average duration of finding a jobs. Focus the rest on investment rather to make $ via investment instead of dependings on these savings a/c.
Cheers

Whether its worth the wait depends on your use of this account. If its meant for your emergency funds that are currently in some regular bank account, then yes, its still worth it. If you see this as a form of investment, then perhaps not?
Even though the interest rate has been dropping, your capital is still guaranteed which is a largely important factor for myself at least.

I already have an account and will keep it for now. The rates have been dropping across the board so any alternatives may not be more attractive.
