USA stocks/etfs vs Irish- domiciled etfs. When is it appropriate to buy? May I right to say that for long term and dividend, one would go for Irish- domiciled etfs (Like CSPX).

For growth/value etfs like VT (with no dividend), one should go for USA etfs?

I agree with this idea. As an alternative to purchasing VT, they may purchase a world index etf on the LSE cuphead in order to have extra 'capacity' on the US side for particular picks or etfs that are exclusively accessible in the US and do not have an equivalent on the LSE.

No appropriate time, just DCA into it and yes, CSPX is a good option for tracking the S&P 500 index.

As for a counterpart to VT, you can consider Irish-domicled ETFs that track the broader world index eg. IWDA (MSCI World Index), VWRA (FTSE All World Index). Of course DYODD!
