In the CBS credit report, if it states the unsecured credit limit is 10k, what does it mean? Does it mean my credit card limit across all banks is 10k, or each bank can give me limit up to 10k? Thanks

Unsecured credit facility does not require you to pledge with collateral or cash, basically means the general credit card. The limit in your CBS report is the sum of all the banks' limits (that you have CC with). So for example if you have a DBS, SCB and OCBC CC:
DBS limit: 3K
SCB limit: 4K
OCBC limit: 3K
Total unsecured credit limit = 10k
Hope it helps :)
