Started Endowus ~3-5 years back and now in the red by 7+%. 100% equity, cash portfolio. Insufficient funds for monthly DCA (including CPF OA). Should I drawdown into fixed income for returns? Thanks

Depends if you want to realize the losses, and how long is your investment horizon. If you don't need the fund urgently, and have the holding power, you can consider stop DCA and keep it until it recovers.

it seems the economy outlook is not that great in the 2nd half of 2023 so may be we'll see more volatility.
