Unpopular opinion: Blockchains should not (and must not) be valued based on "P/E" or "P/S" or DCF present value.

Don't approach crypto investing as you would for stocks. They are fundamentally different and should be treated as such.

Recommend you guys to read this article (and her writings) to understand blockchain and crypto better.

Bull market is far from over (my opinion). Don't be that person sitting on gains but yet can't explain crypto to other folks. That just shows your performance is based on luck rather than skill/knowledge.

Where to get intrinsic value based on DCF automatically for each stock?

How do you make your assumptions and put a value to these assumption while making your DCF model? I can't seem to put a value on it that doesn't seem too arbitrary..?

I'm curious, if a company isn't listed on an exchange, then how do they issue stocks OTC if there is no present value for them, like the SGX? How do they value these stocks then?

Based on the SGX stock screener, is undervaluation how the enterprise values the property asset value?
