Diversification

We know the age old advice to not keep your eggs in one basket and it definitely applies here. Diversification is crucial to mitigate risk, so I ensure that it adds diversification benefits to my portfolio.

Risk assessment

I evaluate the risk-reward profile of the trade. This involves considering factors like the volatility of the asset, potential downside risks, and the overall risk exposure of my portfolio. I aim to strike a balance between potential returns and the level of risk I'm willing to undertake.

By considering these factors, It allows me to approach trading with a disciplined and well-thought-out approach!
