If you are able to take high risk, you can look beyond REITs. REITs by nature are supposed to be more stable and less volatile.
However, if you want to tap the growth of the US commercial real estate market, which is the largest and most diversified in the world, you should look at the US REITs. There is no shortage of acquisitions on assets which will translate into growth for the US REITs. Even the Singapore REITs have started buying into US properties as there is simply nothing to buy in Singapore and limited growth here.
