Transferring USD to DBS Multiplier and out again to another broker. Any fees?

Are there any fees involved if I were to transfer USD from Tiger brokers to DBS multiplier and then to IBKR? If so, is there a better way? TIA!

No fees at all, you can actually just transfer sgd to ibkr and swap Sgd to USD
