Transfer BTO application ownership

If my gf is SC and I am PR, in case we broke up during the BTO application. Is there a case can transfer the application to her parents?

Don't think you can transfer it to anyone - not only not your parents / even if either of u gets a new to-be wife or husband who has never bought BTO before - u cannot transfer to them - a mainstream newspaper article mentioned that.

Do not stay together because of a BTO. Its not a healthy thought.
