Torn between VUSD and CSPX because of lower price for VUSD - any suggestions? Is Standard chartered better?

Hi, I am interested to invest in S&P 500 through an Index that will reinvest the dividends back. I know the index to buy will be CSPX.

However, I am torn between VUSD and CSPX because of the lower price for VUSD - any suggestions?
I am also looking for the cheapest option to enter - I know DBS vickers have many charges to hold foreign stock. Will Standard chartered to be a better option?
